Sukrin is a polyol made from the Stevia plant. Polyols are biologically neutral carbohydrates. Sukrin tastes the same as sugar but doesn’t affect blood glucose levels, and has a glycemic index of less than 1. Basically you just pass it straight out!Here is a link to their website:

I usually buy my Sukrin from Amazon, but I wish all supermarkets would stock it.

If you don’t get your hands on Sukrin, you can use Stevia (or Agave/raw date palm syrup if you’re not too strict with your carbs).
